While we may all think it's super glamorous to get a fancy tattoo (I know I've been trying to convince myself since a year and a half now), we're all a little apprehensive about the pain that the 'glamor' comes with. So, what can be done to ensure that we not only get a gorgeous tattoo, but also minimize the pain as much as we can? Find out which are the most painful places to get a tattoo and simply NOT get them there! Impeccable logic, don't you think? Nevertheless, here's some useful information in this Buzzle article which will help you know the most painful places to get a tattoo. You can also check out the least painful places to get a tattoo. Go ahead, explore away!

Most Painful Spots to Get a Tattoo

Okay! Here's the deal. The logic behind the degree of pain associated with a tattoo is quite simple. The three things that define whether getting the tattoo will be a painful or less painful experience are:

Proximity to bone: The closer the area is to a bone, the more the tattoo will hurt.
Number of nerves: The areas that have a lot of nerve endings are generally extra sensitive. Hence it is painful to get tattoos in these areas.
Thickness of skin: This one's quite easy to understand. The thicker the skin, the lesser the tattoo will hurt and the thinner the skin, more the tattoo will hurt.

So, keep these points in mind when you go through this head to toe list of the most painful places to get a tattoo.

Behind the Ear: For obvious reasons, getting a tattoo behind your ear is bound to hurt like crazy! The ear is a very sensitive organ, especially the ending and the rear portion, because it is made up of very thin skin.

Eyebrow: Ouch! A lot of nerve endings. So getting a tattoo on your eyebrow won't exactly be a walk in the park.

Eyelid: Just run your finger over your eyelid right now to gauge how thin the skin on it is. Need we say more? You've just seen for yourself how painful it can be to get a tattoo on your eyelid.

Lips: Soft, supple lips are meant to smile and kiss. Not to be stained by gruesome tattoos. Getting a tattoo on your lips is something that will hurt a lot, because the skin is too soft and sensitive to handle the pricks of the needle.

Elbow: The elbow gives two reasons why you should think twice before getting a tattoo there. First, the proximity of the bone is a dicey situation. Plus, if you notice, the skin on your elbow is also extremely thin and loose. Both are unfavorable conditions to get a tattoo.

Chest: Getting a tattoo on your chest or ribs is another very painful experience. You can get it if you have a strong threshold for pain, an ever stronger will power and of course, a tattoo artist who's willing to take a lot of breaks because this one hurts like hell!

Spine: Spinal tattoos look extremely stylish. But be warned that getting one is terribly painful as well. The dangerously proximity to the spinal bone makes it really painful.

Inside of Wrist: The inside of the wrist is a perfect candidate to exhibit one of the most painful places to get a tattoo: thin skin, a lot of nerves and nerve proximity to the wrist bone. We rest our case!

Pubic Area: First of all, why would someone want to get a tattoo 'down there' is beyond most people, even if we follow the motto of 'to each his own'. The skin is extremely sensitive and also has a lot of nerve endings and that's why getting a tattoo there will hurt.

Ankle and Feet: The ankle and entire foot, for that matter, again, have very thin skin and hence are very close to the bones of the ankle and foot respectively. Hence, you might want to go over the plan of getting a tattoo there.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13630171922335423980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3875377189874935392.post-23716578533229375232012-07-07T13:56:00.002-07:002012-07-07T13:56:25.001-07:00Basic Still Life Painting Lessons
Still life is an art form depicting non-living objects such as fruits, flowers, ornaments, household objects, among others. Still life can reveal the artist behind the artwork. Most of the works also tell a story, a medium that the artists use to express themselves, or to just simply capture what's in front of them.

Starting Out

Begin by thinking what you would want to paint. Fruits? Flowers? Landscape? Wineglasses? Table setting? Once you have decided on what to do, set up the props, or if you want to bond with Mother Nature, look for a place where you can capture her grandeur the way you want it to be.

Start your still life painting with line drawing. The line drawing becomes the "skeleton" of the artwork. This will help you position your objects thoroughly. This way you can balance your objects on the canvas.

Make sure that your sketches are light to make it easier to erase and clean it up once you have proportioned and shaped your image.

Detailing

Be aware of the composition of each object you are sketching: shadow length, reflections, and the color tones. Shading or the establishing of dark tones now comes in place. Deepen the tones and increase the contras. Remember that there are two tones that need to be established in detailing: the dark and the light tones.

Once you are done with the dark tones, start doing the light ones. Balance the areas of dark and light to achieve the unity of tone and form.

Color Your World

When you are doing your still life using paint or pastels, you start coloring from the background, slowly moving towards the front, paying attention to details. After coloring the background and the foreground, start doing the objects at the back. Color first the ones with darker tones; do not color the lighter-toned ones. Blend the tones gradually to one another.

Once done with the dark-toned objects, do the lighter ones next. If the lighter ones have dark areas, apply them after doing the lighter tones.

Balance the color and tones. In pastel painting, tissue is used to smooth and unify the overall tone. If there is and excess crayon, scrape it off with a palette knife.

Finishing It All Up

Color blending is important in polishing up the painting. Mixtures of various colors, blue, red, green, and brown, are blended together. These are the most common colors used. White is also used to highlight the painting. One is advised to pay close attention to black as per it is only used to deepen the very darkest tone. Black destroys the "freshness" of the artwork.

The finished work should realistically reflect what's in front of you. The harmony of the colors as well as the balance of the objects should reflect on the canvas.

These are some tips that can help a beginner start his still life painting. Color blending, shading, and color unity is important for that realistic painting that you want to showcase. Remember, still life painting reflects its artist, as well as its artist's heart. It also tells a story, so you might want to tell a very good story, enough to capture one who is looking at it.

With these simple tips, you can start capturing inanimate subjects to your canvas and give them life too. Give it your soul, and you are sure to display a wonderful masterpiece.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13630171922335423980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3875377189874935392.post-28045225727050747062012-07-07T13:54:00.002-07:002012-07-07T13:54:19.780-07:00Tips On How To Make Amazing Oil Paintings
Oil painting was in existence as early as the 5th century, but it did not gain wind until the 15th, as its practice migrated from China, India and the Middle East to Europe, in what was then the Middle Ages. Eventually, it became the principal medium used in artworks. And by Renaissance period, different techniques in oil painting began to emerge, giving way to a myriad of movements, from impressionist to realists, to surrealist. Rembrandt, Van Gogh, Cezanne, Monet and Renoir are just some of the artists made famous by their masterful oil paintings.

Traditional oil painting processes often start with a sketch. The artist is set to draw his subject matter onto the canvas using charcoal. After which, he is to start mixing the colors with linseed oil and solvents. And then, these mixtures were applied over the drawing appropriately and each layer brushed was mandated to have thicker oil coating than the last to promote faster drying, which might take about two weeks. After six months, the finished product is varnished to give it additional protection. And subsequently, it is framed for display.

When making oil paintings, it is highly recommended that you lay out your choice of colors on your palette before you start, in the order you intend to use them so you could progress instinctively and avoid making mistakes. If you want to test how certain mixtures will pan out, try out different combinations first using a sheet and label them appropriately. In addition, try not to use ivory black for your sketching, in case you do not have charcoal, as it tends to dry slower than other oil paints. If you are using charcoal, draw lightly so it does not affect the colors you utilize after. Be mindful of the ingredients of your oil paints as well, and see to it that you have those containing lead, cobalt and manganese; not the generic alternatives. And in mixing linseed oil, avoid using too much as it promote wrinkling.

Don't put pressure on the brush when painting. And always wipe it or dip it into white before you shift to another color. That should guarantee you get a clean start and minimize any unwanted mixing. And then avoid starting on light hues as they can be ruined easily later on when you apply darker ones.

Now, as mentioned earlier, oil colors are often mixed with varnishes and other materials in order to manipulate its translucency, density and sheen. But avoid using linseed, particularly, on white and blue mediums as they tend to produce a yellowish discoloration. Instead, use poppy oil on light colors as it has the least tendency to deviate. Just be wary about the fact that it dries slower. If you have made mistakes and would like to clear them up, just use alcohol to take out the layer of oil paint or varnish from the canvas. And once you have the finished product, always dry it under sunlight as lack of it may cause the oil to rise to the surface, ruining the color scheme. Finally, never forfeit the chance to reassess and improve your work. What's great about oil paintings is that you can always do touch ups on certain parts without ruining the whole thing.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13630171922335423980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3875377189874935392.post-69017237684792654782012-07-07T13:52:00.002-07:002012-07-07T13:52:50.700-07:00How To Oil Paint And Sell Your Paintings
The self taught artist and my oil paintings sell. I learned how by looking at kinkade art and would try to do his works and doing this I became a very good self taught artist.

The more you practice and copy others works the more you learn techniques as well. Practice doing portraits of famous people the more you do the better you become and your art will look like it took a lot of time to do. I even came up with a technique to do almost perfect portraits or any picture you may want to do.

Its simple just buy a projector; this works perfect for portraits and you can blow the picture up as big as you want. The drawing will be almost perfect then just use your skills and be creative on a back ground and sky. The projector is a valuable tool and saves time.

You just trace the picture you plan to oil paint. And your art work will be original and your portraits will come out beautiful if you use your skills. I'm self taught and it took me over 5 years to become a great to the point that people will buy my art work its so good. Train yourself to oil paint fast as well and do oil paintings in hours that look beautiful.

Also practice other things like scenes, landscapes, abstract from your head, weird art works, tractors, cars, portraits, pictures of homes etc. Anyone can sell originals for big money. After I became so good that people like all my art work. It is time to start selling them for big money so I took my works to store front owners and drop them off and my art hangs on the walls for sale and eventually someone comes in and buys it.

You have to sell high to be profitable in the oil paintings world or its not worth the time unless you just like oil painting. Teaching your self is easy if you practice by looking at other artists works then try to get the same effects. Keep doing this and soon you will learn the secrets to creating nice trees and portraits and abstract which requires certain techniques. I've never went in front of a teacher or any instructor and my works are very beautiful.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13630171922335423980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3875377189874935392.post-76839910127933554232012-07-01T08:27:00.000-07:002012-07-06T05:17:43.466-07:00I Pledge Allegiance To Anthropologie's Shoe Selection
Stand up and salute Anthropologie's current shoe selection. Only the fact that I already own at least three neon bags (not that that's enough) and the fact that I blew about $500 before breakfast last week kept me from whipping out my dear companion, JPC (also known as my Chase card) and taking her for a quick joyride through LeeLee's credit card reader. But in the words of my darling friends Amber/ Beauty Blogging Junkie and Dina/ Eye4Style, this bag is totally cute for you.

Also, an anecdote regarding the ubiquity of neon bags and "trendy" apparel in general.

I was carrying my Cambridge Satchel to a press event several months back. A fellow friend and blogger, whose company I usually quite enjoy, straight-up said, in a judgmental, loaded sort of way, "So. You really like that bag?" To which I slowly blinked and responded "Well, of course, given I'm WEARING IT ON MY PERSON." She then gave me an "awww honey" sign and said something foot-consuming in that along the lines of "I mean, like, they're cute, but I liked them, like, last year when every blogger had them."

Oh.

Okay.

So, I responded along the lines of "Well, I'm not 'every blogger,'" (whatever that even means), and I've never given even the teeniest, tiniest fuck about wearing something, or, even sadder, not wearing something because -- KORS FORBID -- it's not in accordance with "The Imaginary Fashion Blogger Calendar Of What's Okay To Wear And What's Not." Because, again, I have nary a single fuck to toss in that direction, because I am not in high school (definitely didn't even care when I was in high school either), and because the entire idea of a bag or a style of jeans or flatforms or whatever being "in or out" is completely a social construct. Sure, something may be in magazines and stores RIGHT THIS MINUTE, but when you choose to wear them is when it's right for you. If I happen to wear something that's "trendy" or ubiquitous, then hey, hat tip to those other chicks I pass rolling down the street in neon bags. Clearly we're kindred spirits where neon is concerned. And if someone thinks I'm wearing a neon bag or floral blouse or turban or bike part in my hair or sneakers around my neck strictly to fit in with the other girls (and gay boys) wearing the same thing, then, here's a breaking news topic to add to your Google Alerts: I. DON'T. GIVE. A. FUCK. (I've also never worn sneakers around my neck or bike parts in my hair, but I am 100% serious when I tell you I saw a girl wearing a bike fender. Maybe she didn't realize it was there?) The fact that the idea of a notion of "what's hot or not" actually would keep someone from wearing something OR expending enough energy to suggest to someone else that the bag they're carrying has an expiration date is just sad. Life's too short for blog-bag shaming. March to the beat of your own drummer and your own bag collection, not the blogosphere's. You do you, in whichever color combo that ends up being.

I get up in the morning, and I wear what makes me happy, regardless of when I bought it or if thousands of other girls on the Internet have been photographed wearing the same thing or if it's the only bag/ blouse/ necklace/ cowboy hat (I mean, I would never wear a cowboy hat, but that's just me) of its kind ever produced. And then, to paraphrase Henry David Thoreau, I go confidently in the way of my dreams, coffee, the subway, dinner, or in search of more neon bags... Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13630171922335423980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3875377189874935392.post-61753564010206892382012-06-18T08:56:00.000-07:002012-07-06T05:17:43.466-07:00MAC's Ruffian Nail And Lipstick Collection Is Hotter Than August Asphault
Behold MAC's Ruffian press-on nails. Someone make me rich so I can make that nightmare of a dream a reality. Look at Bethenney! She's doing great!), my face looked and felt like one of those bumpy piles of joke barf. Not a good look.

I have stacks on stacks on stacks of mask samples to try, and I decided to try Pangea Organics' Japanese Machta Tea With Acai and Gogi Berry Mask. Phew! That's a mouthful, but it's penance for the mouthfuls of wine I chugged (at the peerless Seersucker Brooklyn, one of my favorite restaurants in Brooklyn, if you'll allow the tangent).

Anyway, the mask smells like a mix between the paint section of a hardware store and a very expensive spa, two harmonious qualities I insist upon in a mask. It's got a sod-like consistency (I'd post a photo of myself wearing the mask, but a.) I don't want any asshole who can't read assuming I'm in blackface, God forbid, and b.) I think you probably know what a mask looks like), and it immediately tingles, which I assume means it's working, but it was super gentle and not terrifyingly intense.

The mask contains very few chemicals, which is a selling point for me, anyway, since I refuse to get within a nautical mile of a chemical peel. And matcha, by the way, is fancy name for green tea, and Pangea is a Boulder-based upstart with an owner who looks kinda hot.

When I cleaned it all off, my skin looked completely evened out and refreshed, and all of that wine-y redness had magically disappeared, leaving me to hereby declare this mask a magic eraser. When I looked at my totally rejuvenated face in the mirror, I apologized to myself for party rocking, and then I purchased the full-size mask (apparently you can make your own mask at home, but, like, come on. No.), which is $40, which is coincidentally the price of that bottle of Pinot. Full circle.
Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13630171922335423980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3875377189874935392.post-45134933447158328052012-06-17T07:00:00.000-07:002012-07-06T05:17:43.466-07:00You're Invited To Pretty Snake's Kitty Garden Party LeggingsI'm a proud owner of Pretty Snake's -- RISD professor and knitwear designer Joseph Aaron Segal -- Cat Sweater With Doll Eyes. But Pretty Snake?
· You should not bend for the first couple days.

· A specialist will put over a bandage, which should be removed in 4-5 hours after a puncture.

· For washing you should use only the antibacterial soap, which should contain Triklozan.

· In order to make the healing process faster you should apply salty solution on the wound from time to time. You can pour this solution into a glass and turning it over hold it on your navel or soak a towel with it. Every procedure lasts about 15 minutes. As often you would do this as faster your wound would heal.

· It is necessary to remove all the incrustations appeared, because that would be a place where all bacteria would develop and it would prevent the wound from healing over.

· Use cleaning solutions

· Lavender butter with BP labeling reduces perceptibility and stimulates a healing process. Bash the wound with butter by a wad stick and remove all wastes by a napkin. It is recommended to wear antiseptic compress all the time within the first two weeks. This would help to prevent the wound damage and would protect from an infection.

· Do not wear tight or small cloth and also cloth that would prevent air to pass through it.

· It is mandatory to wipe a puncture spot in case if you sweat, since the sweat prevents the wound healing.

· It is not allowed but rather recommended to get a tan. This would dry your wound a little bit and also will help the organism to produce the vitamin D, which stimulates the healing process.

The main problem of the wound infection is a "playing" with a body jewelry and dirty hands. Do not touch a body jewelry. In order to look at it do not move it but rather use a mirror.

Do not use spirit for a wound treatment since it may injure the wound. Hydrogen peroxide is not good either, since it kills the generated cells. Do not use butters and ointments, which prevent the wound from drying up.

It is forbidden to remove a decoration during the healing period. This way you would get a risk to lose a puncture spot or to damage it when inserting a decoration back.

Bars would be the best decoration until the end of the healing period. The period of healing would stretch if to use navel rings.
Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13630171922335423980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3875377189874935392.post-47452472573717659452012-05-08T07:31:00.001-07:002012-07-06T02:34:56.761-07:00How To Know If Your Piercing Is Infected
You decided on a body piercing, found a reputable piercer, and survived your appointment. Now your piercing is doing something unexpected, and you're worried that it might be infected. Are these the normal signs of healing, or are you and your piercing headed for trouble? Read on to find out how to tell if your piercing is infected.

Any time your body is injured - including piercing - you might see the five signs of inflammation: redness, heat, swelling, pain, and loss of function. These are normal and indicate that your immune system is at work, but they can also be signs of infection. The difference is a matter of degree and timing.

Symptoms

Your piercer should tell you what to expect during healing. If you know what is normal, you will be able to detect trouble early. Let's look at the possible symptoms of infection:

Redness - It is normal for a new piercing to be slightly reddened because blood flow to the area is naturally increased. Sure signs of trouble include redness that won't go away, an expanding area of redness, or red streaks that track away from the piercing.

Heat - Heat also occurs because of increased blood flow and indicates a problem if it increases over time, is hot and not just warm, or just will not go away.

Swelling - Swelling is caused by a build up of fluid. Oral piercings are especially prone to it - a tongue piercing can take a week to ten days to settle down. Swelling is problematic if it does not go down as quickly as expected or gets worse. Your jewelry must be long enough to accommodate swelling. Otherwise, it is very hard to clean, and there is a risk that the jewelry could pull through the piercing and be lost under the skin.

Pain - It is normal for a piercing to be tender for a few days, especially if it is subject to movement (e.g. tongue, lip), or aggravated by clothing or bumping. Pain that worsens with time or is extreme indicates a problem.

Loss of function - An eyebrow might not have a lot of work to do, but a tongue will be slowed down by a piercing, and an infection will make this worse. A pierced body part that will not move or is too painful to move is not normal - you may have an infection.

Two more symptoms

Fever/chills/nausea

- Fever, sometimes accompanied by chills and nausea, is a definite sign of trouble. You either have a localized infection at the piercing site or a more serious (potentially fatal) systemic infection. Consult a doctor if you have a high and/or persistent fever, chills, or nausea. These are not normal reactions to piercing and you may need antibiotics.

Pus/discharge - Not every discharge indicates infection. During the early stages of healing, a healthy piercing will discharge lymph, which is just blood plasma without the larger proteins. It is a clear or slightly yellowish fluid that dries to a crust and is easily removed with warm water.

Pus, on the other hand, is definitely a sign of infection. It is largely made up of dead white blood cells and bacteria. It may be whitish, yellow, green, or gray, and may have bloody streaks and an odor. Yellow, green, or foul-smelling pus indicate a serious infection. Seek medical attention.

What to do

If you think you have an infection, contact your body piercer immediately. Piercers are often more knowledgeable than doctors, who can be prejudiced against or unfamiliar with piercings. However, if you think you are in trouble or your condition worsens significantly, you must seek medical attention. If you lose a piercing, you can get it redone - it is not worth risking your life or serious tissue damage.

Mild infections can likely be treated at home. One time-tested remedy is the salt-water soak. Dissolve 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of sea salt in 1 cup (250 ml) of warm (not so hot that you scald yourself) water in a clean cup, ideally a disposable plastic one for each treatment. Soak the piercing or make a compress with a clean washcloth saturated with the salt water. Do this two or three times per day, fifteen minutes per session.

Avoid antibiotic creams or ointments as they trap dirt and debris and do not allow the piercing to breathe. Do not remove the jewelry from an infected piercing. This could allow the piercing to seal, trapping pus and causing an abscess. Pay special attention to infections in facial or oral piercings - their proximity to the brain makes them especially dangerous.

Prevention

The best strategy is prevention; follow the aftercare instructions from your piercer. He or she will recommend a mild cleanser and a cleaning schedule. Never touch a piercing with unclean hands. Never use alcohol, peroxide, iodine-based products or harsh antibacterial soaps. They are much too strong and will dry skin, kill cells, and impede the healing process.Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/13630171922335423980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3875377189874935392.post-47599996830104316422012-05-03T03:00:00.000-07:002012-07-06T05:17:43.467-07:00I Love Love Mert's Wooden Crystal Necklace & Faceted RingsNeed I even explain why I love Love Mert's painted wooden "crystal" necklace and faceted wood rings? Yes, I too think of fly fishing and WASPs in sensible shoes when I think of LL Bean. But the brand has taken a cue from J. Crew and the heritage-Americana trend and SIGNIFICANTLY stepped it up in the appealing-to-younger-sorts department with their Signature collection, which references the brand's timeless signature pieces with the understanding that the Internet now exists and everything's gotten cuter. And this younger sort right here is 100 percent ready to board the USS LL Bean Signature, which is setting sail for Cuteness Cove... Or something.

As you're surely aware, LL Bean started out as a sportswear company back in approximately 1302 AD, when people depended on killing beavers to survive and needed to wear proper footwear and rainproof outdoorsy gear to then trade the fur pelts for crude forms of thread and early iPod docking stations. I mean... that's kind of a fractured version of LL Bean's history, but I'm pretty sure it's pretty close. LL Bean was clothing of necessity, not of desire. But their Signature collection, which was given a retro update and features smart, sophisticated, easy-to-wear and simple-to-style summer staples, is a far cry from what your great grandfather, Ulysses P. McGillicutty Honeypot, wore to roll logs and shuck clams or whatever olde-tymey people from New England did back then. Or still do. I don't know. I'm from Cleveland.

Whatever, check out the seahorse pants and looks I love from the lookbook, which was styled by The Glamourai.

$79.99, LL Bean Signature

Y'all. But I've heard weirder (as a Jew who went to college in the mountains of Virginia, TUHRUST me, I've heard and seen weirder).

So, Yeardley Smith, the voice of Lisa Simpson, has her own collection of shoes called Marchez Vous. I recently checked out the collection at a private preview where I met Yeardley, and you guys, she's your long-lost BFF (who also... happens to be one of the most recognizable voices on the Earth's surface). This woman is an absolute fucking firecracker, and is obviously living her best life because she took her love of shoes and turned it into a job, and keeps a coterie of EXTREMELY good-looking men at her ready at all times. (One's her trainer, and this dude in the photo is like... a Clark Kent-ish sort who she chills with because he's really attractive and because she can. Because she's smart.) Oh, and she loves cats. Great, right? Again, trust me when I tell you that Yeardley is uproariously funny, and I want to go on a wine-tasting trip with her and do karaoke with her, and talk about shoes and dudes and cats. Also, her entire lifestyle (hat tip to Beauty Blogging Junkie, from whom I co-opted the gratuitous use of the term "lifestyle") merits a reality show. Andy Cohen, if you're watching, I would watch this woman every week, so please get on that kthx.

Anyway, check out Marchez Vous -- they're decidedly sophisticated with subtly quirky details -- rich colors, lace cut-outs, flared heels, scalloped suede uppers, the unexpected use of BURLAP! -- and each style has its own name, personality and cheeky story, most of which imply casual wine consumption (in my mind). The brand feels geared toward women in their 30s and up who want a stylish shoe but realize that no reasonable human being can wear a needle heel for eight hours without having a silent nervous breakdown. Which is a roundabout way of saying that they're designed for comfort -- hidden platforms, generous padding, but zero orthopedic vibes. It's the rare collection that offers styles for a cute chick in her 20s plus picks that her mom could pull off without the horrifying "mom-shoe" look.

Check out a few of my favorite pairs of Marchez Vous -- the Giselle is my favorite.
